On your order confirmation you will receive a tracking URL which will show you the status of your order. Alternatively you can also call us at 07310003515 to track your orders.

Delivery Time

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time. The product is delivered within 3-5 working days in India from the day of order confirmation. While watches4fashion can commit on the date of dispatch of a product from our store, any delay during the transit of the shipment by the courier partner is not directly under the control of watches4fashion and the company cannot be held liable for it. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition.

There are zero hidden charges when a customer makes a purchase on hkmtraders. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price that customers see on the product page is exactly what they pay.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This exchange and refund policy is applicable only for purchases made directly from www.hkmtraders.com. Currently, we are not accepting Returns or Exchanges due to the challenges faced owning to the COVID-19 crisis. Our 7 day exchange policy will applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects. No exchanges or returns on Smart Watches. Any exchange or refund has to be initiated and processed as per the policy given below.

  1. An exchange for a product purchased on www.hkmtraders.com must be initiated by the customer within 7 days of receiving the product. For example, if a customer has received the product on 5th May 2020, at any given time of the day, then the exchange/refund request must be initiated before midnight of 12th May 2020 to be accepted by www.hkmtraders.com.
  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact customer care on 07310003515, Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm, IST, or mail us at info@hkmtraders.com.
  2. After the customer care team confirms the pick-up towards the exchange, a date will be decided with the customer’s consent, to schedule the pick-up. The courier team will make two pick-up attempts only. On failing to handover the package within these two attempts, the customer will have to personally get the exchange package delivered to our courier partner’s office.
  1. The customer must ensure that the exchange package is placed inside tamper-proof packaging and addressed correctly. The tamper-proof packaging will be made available by our courier partner.
  1. As specified above, all exchanges must be shipped via the courier service provided by www.hkmtraders.com through the designated courier partner. In this case, the freight charges will be borne by www.hkmtraders.com.
  1. In the circumstance wherein a customer does not inform www.hkmtraders.com about the intended exchange and/or ships the exchange via a different courier company, the liability for any loss or damage to the product lies with the customer. In such a case, no refund will be processed for the product by www.hkmtraders.com.
  1. The exchanged product must be in its original condition*. It must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original warranty card, along with the original packaging of the product including manuals, hang tags, etc. In the absence of any one of these elements, the exchange will not be honored by www.hkmtraders.com.

*Original condition means that the watch must be in its authentic form as was received by the customer from www.hkmtraders.com, without any scratches, marks or dents on the product. The security tags should be in place as they were at the time of delivery of the product. If the watch has been resized, that is, if the bracelet or strap of the watch has been adjusted or altered in any manner to fit the customer’s wrist, then www.hkmtraders.com will not be liable to honor any exchange for the product. Any signs of wear or removal of parts will result in refusal of your exchange.

  1. If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact hkmtraders within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
  1. Once the product is returned to www.hkmtraders.com, our designated service centre will inspect the watch for any ‘change of movement’ with regard to the internal watch parts. This is to check whether the watch casing has been removed and/or the internal parts have been tampered with. This process usually takes up to 2 business days. The exchange for the product will be initiated by us upon receiving a confirmation from the service center regarding the quality of the watch received.
  1. Any amount to be refunded will take a minimum of 7 to 10 business days from the date that the exchanged product is inspected and passed by the quality control team at the service center. The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was originally received by www.hkmtraders.com.
  1. In the case of an exchange, any extra difference to be paid will be borne by the customer. The exchange policy does not apply to smartwatches bought on www.hkmtraders.com. Request for a return or refund of smart watches will be accepted only if the original packaging has not been opened and the product and box are in their original condition.
  1. Any product that does not adhere to the quality guidelines administered by the www.hkmtraders.com service center will not be eligible for an exchange and will be sent back to the customer in the same condition as it was received by www.hkmtraders.com.
  1. Products purchased during sales and/or special promotions are not eligible for exchange, unless explicitly specified by www.hkmtraders.com during the period of the respective offer/s.
  1. In the case of any dispute, www.hkmtraders.com will only be liable to refund the entire payment received from the customer for the specific purchase, upon receiving the exchanged product in the original condition*, and not be liable for compensation in any other form.
